Under the direction of the Phlebotomy Manager, provides high quality phlebotomy services to our patients and clients. Supervise day to day operations at TSMH, MOB, WSU, and Spokane (as needed). Creates schedule and shift coverage as needed. Monitor QC and daily maintenance. Counsel employees, assist with training, incident review, and follow-up. Help team collect in-patient and out-patient samples.

g. Participate in continuing education opportunities.
3) Objective Management:
a. Complete specific assignments within an acceptable time frame.
b. Complete laboratory duties as assigned.
4) Workgroup Participation
a. Assist in training new employees.
b. Assist with inventory control.
- 1+ year or more phlebotomy experience preferred.
- 1+ year or more supervisory experience preferred.
- ASCP certified or equivalent preferred.
